Achievement wouldn't show up for me after getting the last heroic wrists i needed.
Tried equipping them to make sure they couldn't be tradable.
Achievement didn't pop up until i disenchanted them - I imagine vendoring works too for non-enchanters.

Posting to help someone who runs into a similar problem :)

Most names of this achievements are some sort of word game.. but I cant seem to figure this one out as a non native speaker..

This is a reference to the term "Get gussy'd up". This is an old term that means to get fancied up, makeup done, nails done, the works for a night on the town.
