The 5 Piece, Tier 11 sets from Bastion of Twilight and Blackwing Descent are currency and token based.

iLvL 359 pieces can now be purchased direct from vendors: Toren Landow (A) or Rugok (H).

iLvl 372 pieces can be purchased as upgrades to the base level gear from the same vendors with the following tokens*:

Paladins, Priests and Warlocks share tokens of the forlorn conqueror
Warriors, Hunters and Shaman share tokens of the forlorn protector
Rogues, Mages, Druids and Death Knights share tokens of the forlorn vanquisher

*Helm and shoulders only require the token.

Tier 11 is obtained through a combination of for-gold purchases and tokens "of the Forlorn". This is a 5-piece set with normal and heroic versions/colorations.

As of 7.2 the normal tokens were updated and restored (from changes in 6.0.2) and the heroic tokens were updated. For either token, you can now click to "use" the token and automatically create a piece of tier for your current specialization. Normal tokens will create a piece of ilvl 359 gear and heroic tokens will create ilvl 372 gear. If you prefer "the old way" I've kept that information in the table - the vendors you can buy the items from with gold are the same NPCs you can exchange tokens with.

Tokens are separated by class into 3 groups (there is no tier 11 for monks or demon hunters):

Conqueror: Paladin / Priest / Warlock
Protector: Warrior / Hunter / Shaman
Vanquisher: Rogue / Death Knight / Mage / Druid

奥拉基尔, the final boss of 风神王座, can drop a random token on normal, or 绝望精华 on heroic (which can be exchanged for any heroic token).

Magma Plated Battlearmor is the set you are after. There is a blue ice set for Normal and a red fire recolor for Heroic.
