The 5 Piece, Tier 9 set from The Crusader's Coliseum is now currency based, and can be purchased for gold.

Historically, this raid introduced specific HC modes (as opposed to Ulduar's "hard modes"), and this led to various sets available on release from a variety of sources:

Conquest (iLvl 232) Purchasable through Justice Points
Triumph (iLvl 245) 10HC (Tribute Chest only) / 25 (Purchasable through Justice Points with 1 drop)
Triumph (iLvl 258) 25HC (Tribute Chest only)

Koralon The Flame Watcher still drops level 232 hand and leg armor in 10 player mode and level 245 hand and leg armor in 25 player mode.

时尚十字军 is rewarded for collecting any of the Raid Tier 9 sets which consist of 1 tier set per class (with classes having between 1-3 different spec sets) and which can be purchased from 候选者弗伦迪尔 and 勇士莱拉蒂娅 (A) / 候选者纳拉戴尔 and 勇士布蕾西娅 (H) outside 十字军的试炼 in 冰冠冰川.

Note: The 10- and 25-Player difficulties share the same set.
Note 2: The Horde and Alliance sets have different colors and models.

火焰看守者科拉隆 in 阿尔卡冯的宝库 can also drop the Gloves and Leg tier items for both difficulties.

Note: Some class sets have been added 1-3 items (Wrist, Gloves and Belt) to their set in the Sets interface. These items are not new items, but existing items that matched the missing pieces of the set and were added to this achievement set. These items drop from bosses in this raid (according to the Sets interface).

Note: 恶魔猎手 and 武僧 classes do not have a set for this tier.

There is no tier 9 for monks or demon hunters.

Due to a series of changes since its original release, this tier is sold for gold (take THAT, RNG!). Just fly to the Argent Tournament grounds in northern Icecrown and talk to your Sunreaver (Horde) or Silver Covenant (Alliance) representative outside the entrance to 十字军的试炼. You can also look in the inventory at the vendors for you class/armor proficiency in Dalaran-Northrend (plate will be at the BS, cloth at Threads of Fate, etc.).

Some additional notes:

Tier 9 has two looks: one for Horde, one for Alliance. Changing the difficulty will not change the appearance for your faction.
Tier 9 has three flavors: ilvl 232, ilvl 245, ilvl 258.
- 232: just gold
- 245: gold + 北伐奖章 (but it looks the same as the 232 version and the trophy sells for 50g, make some of your money back!)
- 258: involves a chest that was removed somewhere around patch 4.0. Unless you're coming back to the game after a very long hiatus, this ilvl isn't an option.
火焰看守者科拉隆, one of the bosses in 阿尔卡冯的宝库, can drop glove and leg Tier 9 PvE pieces. These are actual pieces of gear and not tokens.

A completed set of any difficulty will reward this achievement (please comment if this does not carry over from ptr to live). Lookalike sets will not.

you won't get this achievement until all the associated armor pieces are nonrefundable. the easiest way to make armor pieces nonrefundable is to just destroy them.

This achievement popped up for me while playing my warrior, but the warrior set wasn't completed. I then checked my paladin and death knight and neither of them had the set full either. is this achievement bugged or something?
