To complete this quest you need interact with the 3 items, according the Master Smith Helgar will call.

"Add some powdered flux! We don't want the metal to oxidize." You need to interact with the Powdered Flux.
"Apply a handful of the bone dust of honored heroes there. That will lend strength of purpose to the metal." You need to interact with Bone Dust of Heroes.
"Sprinkle a drop or two of honey mead to slake the metal's thirst." You need to interact with Honey Mead.

If he disappears while you're tossing ingredients, try logging out and back in. He reappeared for me that way – but he did not reappear by dropping and reacquiring the quest.

Hi all

I present Focusing the Eye Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 16 Quests. I get this Quest after log in to game after path 9.1.0 and i had 40 Renown.

1 A Show of Gratitude Quest start from Tal-Galan 63 24. You need to go to Ve'nari 65 22 in cave.
2 Ease of Passage Speak with Ve'nari then press on Animaflow Teleporter 65 23 - next to waystone to Oribos. Then move back to Cave and pick up Ve'nari's Overstuffed Bag then use Animaflow Teleporter
3 Grab Bag Press on Transferral Augmentor is next to Ve'nari on ground. Move back to Ve'nari and press on Transferral Augmentor one more time.
4 Hearing Aid Find and press on 3 Aural Sequencer in order: 64 57 then 67 58 then 64 50 ( You can use spell on EXTRA BAR to get invisibility.
5 Birds of a Feather Move to 67 55 and speak with Danica the Reclaimer is in cage.
6 The Caged Bird Move to cave use spell on EXTRA BAR to get invisibility then go to end of corridor and kill Kjellrun and pick up Helwrought Seal then move back to Danica the Reclaimer to open cage.
7 Claim the Sky Speak with Danica the Reclaimer Cinematic will start after all you will be moved to Skyhold.
8 A Hate-Hate Relationship move to 58 78 after conversation with Odyn press on EXTRA BAR then finish quest to Odyn.
9 Fury Given Voice You need to forged Newly Forged Horn to start speak with Master Smith Helgar. Then Master Smith Helgar will ask for 1 of 3 materials every 5-10 sec. Read what He is asking for the press on Powdered Flux, Bone Dust of Heroes or Honey Mead all of them are on right side from forge. Return Quest to Odyn.
10 The Chosen Few Go to 72 35 and use Horn of Challenge to get on Arena and defeat 3 Challengers then give back quest to Weaponmaster Asvard 72 37
11 Wrath of Odyn Speak with Odyn
12 Mawsplaining First jump in to Shyhold Portal 58 24 then in Oribos jumt to Maw then speak with Ve'nari.
13 Anger Management Use Siphoning Device on Furious Shade to drain 100% rage. located in Maw 33 30 return quest to Projection of Ve'nari 37 26
14 Tears of the Damned Pick up 10 of Tears of the Damned from ground in Maw 33 30 return quest to Projection of Ve'nari 37 26
15 Focusing the Eye Move to 42 21 and use spell on EXTRA BAR. Now you need to defeat Eye of the Jailer. Danica will drop harpoons all the time Use them to pull Small Eys. When You will kill all small. after finish this quest You will get Blind the Eye ( no more Eye of the Jailer in MAW :D ).
16 Good News, Everyone! Speak with Danica to fly to Highlord Bolvar Fordragon speak with him then finish Quest.

This quest was bugging for me. I was in a group with a friend. His went fine but mine kept failing. When I left the group I was able to complete it without any trouble.

If you leave Skyhold while on the chain, you can talk with Val'kyr Courier on the inner circle across from the Flight Point in Oribos.

As of october 2021 the quest seems bugged. Metal crack after first item :-(

If you're in a Wolf form and the horn is crafted, it sits perfectly curled around your back. I'm curious if it does this with other Spiritshapes or Crittershapes.

Funnily enough, it doesn't sit that way when in a Worgen's Running Wild form. Guess that's not close enough to Fenryr for Odyn.

I hear him at before we start, but once we start 'forging', there is no dialog written or audio so I cannot help forge the horn. I have abandoned the quest, logged out, removed all addons, logged back in and reaccepted the quest and even shut down and restarted my computer and still cannot get the ingredients needed by dialog or audio. Can anyone help?
