The Ysera you need to speak with to complete the quest is not the one near the Sister's Tear. Look on your map.

Hi all

I present The Power of Night Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 19 Quests. To start it You need to have 52 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 A Cry From the Heart	When You will get 52 Renown in Korthia You will see following You Urgent Message from Ardenweald to start New Storyline. You need to fly and Meet Ysera at the Heart of the Forest 47 53 in Ardenweald.
2 Hunting Amid Houses	First speak with Ysera then Fly to Maldraxxus 42 25
3 The Blade in the Night	Go evry floor and pick up book from ground until find correct one. On last floor as well speak with Khaliiq.
4 By Your Leave	Fly to 52 68 and speak with Baroness Vashj
5 You Cannot Run	"Now fly to northeast in Maldraxxus to do next 3 Quests in same time. On This one You need to pick up 5 clues then kill Zelmany. clues: /way 71 32 /way 70 35 /way 70 31 /way 67 28 /way 65 28 /way After pick all 5 Slay Zelmany 72 45."
6 You Cannot Hide	Collect 10 Token of Baron Kel'Thuzad's Favor ( drop from mobs around ) and Slay Drava'ora inside house 71 30
7 You Can Only Die	Slay Fal'zinge He is inside Exoramas inside big bulding on top of it in corner 74 33.
8 Akarek Avenged	Fly to Exoramas 74 33 and speak with Margrave Sin'dane.
9 Magical Mystery Tour!	Fly to Revendreth and find Lady Moonberry 25 29
10 Hunting Huln	Speak with Lady Moonberry to Hear the plan then speak with Her one more time to transform. Then Go in this form to 30 30 ( care some mobs can see you ) and speak with Busy Stoneborn. Then Go to 37 23 tp speak with Stoneborn Detainment Chief.
11 Mal'appropriated	Take Quest from Mal'Ganis is in cage. Now You need to pick up 8 Sigil of Binding You can find a lot of then around 30 26 ( inside buldin ) is around 6 of them. After collect 8 go to speak with Stoneborn Detainment Chief 37 23
12 The Big Squeeze	Go to 35 22 inside bulding and speak with Agitated Stoneborn then go down and speak with Cudgelface after conversation use on spell on extra bar then slay 3 illusions. Then speak with Lady Moonberry and kill waves of mobs. Then speak with Agitated Stoneborn
13 Out On the Edge	Speak with Terrified Stoneborn 34 15 then go 33 10 cinematic will start. Then attack The Stonewright to 90% after speak with Him.
14 Back to The Heart	Return to Ysera in Ardenweald 48 53
15 Rituals of Night	First press on Ritual Supplies then move with it to 45 65. Then Pick up all 3 supplyes. First press on all 3 Orbs. Then drop supplies one on Basket 45 66 then drop flowers 45 65 on Tyrande Whisperwind ( spell extra bar ) and last item drop next to Thiernax 45 64.
16 The Power of Elune	Speak with Ysera then go stand 45 65 and use spell on extra bar when come. During Ritual You will need to attack Tyrande Whisperwind to get her to 20% HP then Nice movie will start.
17 Winter's Sigil	Pick Up The Sisters' Tear and go speak with Ysera 71 45 cinematic will start. after you will get 1 Renown.
18 Inform the Primus	Return to the Primus in Korthia 62 26.

for some reason neither of my two night fae characters can actually see the heart of the forest after it's been revitalized in the cutscene
it's become totally invisible to them

meanwhile my kyrian character can stand just outside the entrance and perfectly see the whole thing

It's really funny to me that she says "For all you've done, mortal, you have our thanks" but this quest doesn't reward any Court of Night reputation lol. Guess she wasn't *that* thankful.

Ok so, I'm putting this here just in case anyone missed this, because it's interesting!

This is what The Stonewright says after you fight TyrandElune and watch the omg-so-much-lore cutscene! She's standing where she was during the whole event, and you can choose to chat with her, because... well, questions, obviously. The most obvious being the one we immediately ask her, after clicking on her and she proclaims:

The Stonewright: This place is very... Blue.

*giggle* yes, yes it is. Especially compared to Revendreth's sinful, wrathful red. Anyway:
Player: You were a Night Warrior in life?

Obviously, or I would not be here helping you now.
<The Stonewright arches a brow.>
I suppose you wish to know how I ended up in Revendreth?

Player: Er, yes.

After I was granted Elune's dark gift, I fed my rage with my losses and then with my victories. I protected my people. I killed the ones who harmed us. Then their allies. Then ones who hadn't stopped our enemies, or who stood by. Then the ones I thought hadn't acted quickly enough. And so on...
I erased whole societies from the world, and left nothing but ruins in my wake. After all, if nothing was left to harm us, we couldn't be hurt.

Player: <Continue listening.>

In the end, the only thing left that threatened my people, was me.
I was killed by a friend who too wished to protect our people.
Only in Revendreth after much... contemplation, did I come to understand the depth of my wrath and the gravity of my sins. I learned from my experience how to help others with their own.

In Maldraxxus I honed myself to perfection.

Super lame, but Thiernax doesn't have any backstory to share with us when you talk to him. I know we had quests with him before, as he was the first Night Warrior in the Shadowlands that we found, and I ...think?... we got some lore regarding him as the Night Warrior... did we? I can't recall any details if we did... but I can't imagine why we wouldn't get a nice dialogue here if not...
