In case you complete your quest and can't dismount like me and therefore cannot return the quest. Just logoff and back and you are automatically dimounted and can return the quest.

none of these comments helped me so here is how it is. each item is inside a burning house. from the alliance hub, the burning house on the left has the hammer, the one straight out has the doll, and the one on the right has the roses. disregard the WoW map

When you are in the house with all the roses, the roses on the wall near the door are the clickable ones not the ones on the ground.

You can give these items directly back to their owners by speaking to them each personally; however, this removes them from your inventory and seems to serve no practical purpose beyond earning their gratitude.

I don't know about you, but when I went to pick up the roses, the contrast between that and the devastation outside was very moving.

Make sure you don't hand the items back to their owners - they will thank you, but you will have to go collect them again to finish the quest.

IF you give these back to there owners yourself (which you shouldn't do because you have to go back to pick them up again to complete the quest) they thanks you by saying the following:

Meara says: Wha... my roses? Did Cailin tell you? I really can't thank you enough. I thought I'd never smell home again...

Parlan says: My family hammer? What could have possibly possessed you... never mind, I don't care. You'll always be welcome in our home - we'll save a place for you at the table. Thank you.

Aprika says: Oh my gosh! Thank you SO much !You have no idea how much this means to me. You're the sweetest thing!

thanks, i looked for those flippin flowers forever because wherever the waypoint was that tomtom put up because of the quest was wrong. i used yours and found it immediately. thanks again!

The screenshots are not at all useful. Damn, we can recognize a rose, a doll and a hammer! We don't know where they are. A close up of the rose doesn't give the location away...

As of patch 8.0.1 (not sure if this bug occured earlier) I am unable to interact with Aprika's Doll. I can see the item on the ground but it is non-interactable. Anyone else with this issue? Submitted a bug report already.

You're the new face that's meant to be helping Keegan out I take it? Pleasure to meet you. Maybe you can lend a favor or two more to the troubled Wildhammer that have made refuge here.

We were all forced to retreat to this building quickly, and some of us left behind things of great value in our destroyed homes nearby. Would you mind bringing them back after you go out there? You would bring happiness to some very troubled souls.
