Eoin is not where he is shown to be with the yellow question mark on the map if you have the quest "Doing It Like a Dunwald." Head to where you have to go for the Doing It Like a Dunwald quest and you can turn it in there.

I actually turned this in at the Dunwald Holdout at 46.1 65.8.

The ale spawns seemed pretty low to me, and at one point stopped entirely. I found a 'hidden' ale at the top of the building at 49, 71 (have to fly to get to it). After I took it, the others started spawning again.

for those who dont use cords, Eoin Dunwald is at the town square, thats where i found him to turn this in, wasnt where the original question mark was.

Had also no respawn on kegs.(after looting 2 near npc on carrage) Then saw comment here...and looked on flying. In the building on top, behind Darunga, there you see kegs (2) bit hard to land, but after i looted them, then i saw others also.

I also had trouble finding Eoin, then i found him at the Town Square of the Dunwald ruins. Cords were 50.7-70.9. Hope this helps.

This is one of the most frustrating quests in the expansion for me. The bad guys have a higher respawn rate then the booze, to say nothing of the difficulty of locating it. It is also way too spread out, in my opinion.

First quest in a long time that made me honestly just want to turn the game off.

After waiting forever for respawns, only finding 2 in 10 minutes, at the Dunwald Ruins I decided to turn in other quests. Found 8 barrels at the Dunwald Hovel where you get the Finding Beak quest from Donnelly Dunwald.
So they are showing up elsewhere from where the markers are on the map. Hope this helps!

I had that same problem with the mobs phasing in and out. One tip, you can click some of the barrels more than once.

The buildings in the Dunwald Market Row that you pass during Once More Into The Fire have barrels, but no bad guys. Just do a lap around there and you'll fill up with no killing required.

The Dunwald Holdout had one in the building as I went to turn a quest in--but yeah, very low spawn rates for the booze. Went up the stairs and it spawned again. There's also one in one of the ruined buildings outside the Holdout.

To hand in this quest you first need to speak with Keely and pick up "Doing It Like a Dunwald". He's then at the location where you need to slay the ettin. There is where you can hand in this quest to him.

Description

Hey bud. Seeing as how you're so friendly and great and all, think you might do a dwarf a favor?

These are Dunwald ruins... there's SURE to be more stock in some of these buildings. If you come upon more ale, bring it my way, will ya? A good dwarf can never have enough!

I'm thinkin' I'll find my way back to Keely, so ya might have to hunt me down, but I'll try'n make it worth it to ya.
