If you havent picked up Archeology yet, this is a great time to do it. There is a dig site called the Ruins of Arkkoran near Bilgewater Harbor to the northeast... Krogg is just outside the building with the HUGE cannon in the middle of it.

He's at the "New" Goblin Port above Orgrimmar.

He gives you some q's before you can get on Zepp's to Twilight Highlands.

Surprised no-one commented already. Warlord Krogg is directly under the colossal gun in the new Goblin town (Bilgewater Harbour) in Azshara.

As of 6.0.2 you cannot pick this up as Garrosh is gone. The quest before this one you could turn in at Vol'jin, but he won't give you this one.

I've contacted a GM but received an automated response to come here and Icy-Veins... that's not too helpful.

Has anyone been able to continue the chain to open up the Twilight Highlands?

They've fixed this chain to continue through Vol'jin. However, for me it took a bit for Warlord Krogg to "phase" in when I got to Azshara.

I thought this was an allusion to the meme of Game of Thrones' Daenarys Targarion "Where are my dragons?" which also came out in 2011. Sadly it seems I was mistaken.

Some confusion has arisen thanks to the rapidly-changing Horde leadership. To pick up this quest, speak to Eitrigg again (at entrance to the "Who Shall We Randomly Select To Be War-Chief Now?" chamber of Grommash Hold).

This quest is a bit weird with the phasing in Orgrimmar. I was able to pick up the Warchief's Command for Twilight Highlands, which originally led to Unfamiliar Waters. Upon completing these quests, I was given no more quests in Grommash Hold. In order to get this quest, I had to complete Weapons of Mass Dysfunction at the north gate. After completing that Eitrigg was finally offering this quest.

Description

The Highlands are the home of the Dragonmaw orcs. If we show them our might they would ally with us against the Twilight's Hammer. I am certain! The fleet is gathering at Bilgewater Port in Azshara but there are reports of delays. You did good getting the goblins to work, I need your skills here too. Find Warlord Krogg in Azshara and see what is taking so long.
