Even though your quest tracker says to "speak" to Newt at the top of the tower, you are not able to interact with her. Instead, there is a small gyrocopter thing outside of the window behind her. When you mouse over the copter you will see a curved arrow indicating you can hop right in and hitch a ride.

I was led here from a pre-heroic gear guide, so I was interested in one of the quest rewards from this... I traced the quest chain back as far as I could. In case anyone else wants to know the same thing, I've done the work for you:

-The Southern Flank
-Scouting the Shore and Blood on the Sand
-Mo' Better Shredder
-Krazzworks
-Wildhammer Infestation, Pool Pony Rescue, and Quality Construction
-Everything But The Kitchen Sink
-Reprisal
-Off The Wall
-Parting Packages, Of Utmost Importance, and Highbank, Crybank

As for before the first quest that's listed--"The Southern Flank" is one of two quest chains you are given when you get the Dragonmaw on your side, are sent to Orgrimmar to report your success, and return (the first story arc in Twilight Highlands).

If you get stuck after completing this quest when the follow-ups simply stop, head to the questgiver, Gralok, he'll give you the next quest, Narkrall, the Drake-Tamer.

I had somehow lost this questline in the mad rush to level 85. After searching around Twilight Highlands I found an NPC called Juice Gnugat (78.5,62.5) with a quest called "Mo' Better Shredder". Completing this opened up the Krazzworks questline again.

I've somehow already did the Narkrall, the Drake-Tamer and "Mo' Better Shredder" quest way before Krazzworks.
Does chain just end after this?

I was stuck at 47/95 after this quest. I picked up a new chain in Bloodgulch.

Also finished this quest without having nothing to go next. I was at the moment 32/95 of Fading into Twilight. Going to Gralok to pick up Narkrall, the Drake-Tamer allowed me to continue progression. Thumbs up for anathama.

Speak to Newt to secure a ride back to Krazzworks, then give the Induction Samophlange to Captain Krazz.
