He is in the hut to the West of Crusader Lord Dalfors. 85,76
He is hidden in there, so you can not see the yellow ? unless you pan your camera angle down to eye lvl. I was looking from above, and completley missed him, which sent me searching for his location.
I tried 86, 76. That loc is up on the hill with all the tents.
