These mobs are HARD. Be prepared to die a few times. Beat em by spamming evasion, goblin rocket, and dynamite.

I LOVE how some quests are annoying and cant be soloed especially you dont have any heal spell!

seriously those quests piss me off, i had to wait someone get close and get a damn group to do it! Now imagine when the zone gonna be empty how its gonna be annoying.

These guys are WAY overtuned for level 9 to 10 quest.

I would highly recommend getting to level 10 before trying this quest. Turn in the paratrooper & mine quests first and grind some XP from the local wildlife if you have to.

The added spell/ability you get from picking a talent spec can be a big help. (Pyroblast! in my case)

As others have indicated the quest mobs are not tuned properly for solo against many specs at the level you obtain the quest. As a level 9 rogue without evade trained yet and quest gear only no matter how many tricks I tried I couldn't take them down; used my one heal pot, tried rocket jump+bandage, rocket jump and kite in to mines, rocket barrage to increase damage, etc.

Here's what my solution was:

Farmed cats and plants in the area surrounding Warchief's Lookout (They yield ~1% exp bar each) to ding 10
Went Subtlety and applied point in ambush

At 10 with shadowstep+ambush I didn't have any problems.

Ridiculously tough against low level casters. Alexi will shadowstep, mutilate, and hemorrhage. As a priest your best bet is to cast shield, dot him, and try to keep yourself healed. He probably has twice your hp. He can kill a priest in 3-5 hits.

This quest occurs in the phase "Volcanic Eruption", and not in the phase Original as shown on the map.

back in the beta, the 3 targets of this quest were the human (Arrinton) a Female Draenei (Exarch Cyn) and a Male Night elf (Magister Moonfrost).

also their classes used to be diferent with arrington being a warrior, Cyn being a paladin, and moonfrost being a mage.

at some point they changed them all to rogue class, changed Cyn from a draenei to a night elf, and changed moonfrost to worgen (complete with namechange too)

As of the most 4.3, I'm not sure if they quest has been nerfed or not, but as a level 10 Disc priest, I had no issues with this quest. Just make sure Power Word: Shield is up, and using Mind Blast + Penance, they were usually dead or very close to before my Sheild even ran out.

Also, doesn't the Goblin starter area take place further in the past than the Worgen starter area? If this is the case, then why is one of the SI:7 agents a Worgen? They wouldn't be part of the Alliance yet, let alone in a position in SI:7.
