A "magical" powder that turns the pygmies into total rockers... and judging from the flavour text, you apparently sniffed some or smelled it and deemed that it was "funny"..

I missed this quest until after I'd handed in the rocket boost one, so I had to get back to the villages through the zombies wearing cloth. I just ran through them as fast as i could, made it to the village and died. Followed by a corpse run. I went for the northern village, but there wasn't enough powder there and I had to go to the south as well, dying twice more (the powder piles don't respawn in a reasonable time frame).

There were far more powder piles in Oostan south, and I should have gone there rather than the north, but it might have been random. Nevertheless, if you have been as dumb as I was, run for Oostan south village, through the barricade, then up the hill to the right. You may die fewer times, and coming from that direction, you should get a much shorter corpse run.

Big Tip
If you hand in Zombies vs. Super Booster Rocket Boots (or otherwise lose the Super Booster Rocket Boots) before completing this quest, you can go back to Coach Crosscheck and ask for replacement boots.

Description

I'll give these pygmies one thing... they sure know how to party! But they're not so clever. I think I've discovered the source of their rockin' powers: Rockin' Powder!

It turns out that this stuff, which turns them into world-class rockers, is also highly explosive. We must have it!

So, while you're in there at Oostan to the east, make sure that you pickup a whole bunch of the stuff. Trust me, you're going to need it for what's coming up!
