Commenting here for people in the 9.0 pre-patch looking for answers as to why there are no more quests for your Shadowmoon Valley (Outlands) Loremaster. I did have to get 310 flying for the next "!" exclamation point/quest marker to pop on the map. I did all the possible quests on the map that were marked (last one was where you rescue the green drake). I then tried and killed the Arvoar dude 2 times and never got any quest drop. The second I got 310 flying, the quest marker popped up. GLHF

Saw the quest marker on my map, but nobody was around to give it. This sometimes happens when you have to kill someone for a drop to start the quest. I got it on a whim by killing Arvoar the Rapacious.

Alright grunt, first things first. If you're gonna join my beloved Dragonmaw army, you'll need to work. Everyone works up here on the ledge. Get a job and don't screw it up and I'll see if there might be something more interesting for you to do later.

Go talk to Taskmaster Varkule Dragonbreath. He's standin' in the middle of town. He'll assess your skills and assign work as he sees fit.

Now get out of my face!
