35,37 is where I found him guys. But keep in mind he patrols this road so prolly various tlocs.

35, 42 on the road seems to be as far south as he goes. He turned back towards me at that spot twice when I was approaching from north, and then continued pathing north after I finished talking

I did it easy. Just leave the road from Shadowmoon Village that heads out east and follow it down until you see him. Note that when the road forks, go south, not east.

He paths a little, but not much. He is a yellow dot, so it is easy to find him.

Locate Parshah in the Magma Fields and speak to him.

Description

There's nothing here that would explain why the spirits of these arakkoa have remained in this world or how they came into thirst for the blood of orcs.

I think our best lead is to try to find the deserter mentioned in the journal. If he left his comrades at the camp, there's a chance you might be able to persuade him to help us understand what the dark conclave arakkoa are planning.

Start your search for him on the road through the Magma Fields to the southeast.
