nice exp for both the quest and for killing the mobs and great spawn time.. i got about 25k exp for that quest.. (i was also rested)

Ok, this is an easy and very very fast Quest. And you can get 100% Droprate.. All you need to do is kill them before they use the net on you. Easy. And ofc Fast!

I don't know.. I started at the bridge at around 57.39 and worked my way east along the camps. Didn't matter if they used the nets on you or not. For me it was about 75%. Got it in 10-15 minutes.

It does not matter whether they have used net during the fight or not. In fact during an extended fight involving multiple mobs, the poacher used net twice and I still got the drop.

50-75% droprate. Easy quest, especially when you one shot their pet with a shadowbolt first. lol

Pretty decent drop rate for me, while I was killing the poachers and hewers, a hewer dropped 'Meeting Note' which leads to quest Did You Get The Note.

While doing this quest, if you happen to see a group of Outraged Raven's Wood Saplings (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=21040) patrolling nearby, try to pull your mobs towards them; they'll help you fight. The damage they do is minimal (it took two of them to take out a Poacher's whelp), but they help is still nice.

Tried this q last night, killed 10-12 poachers with not one drop, which is why I thought I would look it up - very bad drop rate!

but the drop rate was Extremely horrible for me...
a good thing. the mobs are very easy to kill

This is yet again one of those "get something from x" quests that either have an excellent drop rate or agonizing drop rate. You can get them with just 5 kills, like I did just now, or moreoften when I've done this with my alts I've had to clear the forest of them... Twice. To get them five.

Rather easy. Needed 7 kills to get all the nets. Be aware of the small drakes, they spam fireballs for ~ 500 damage. Their have really short hit points by the way, start the encounter with a large damaging spell (starfire or anything that does > 1500 dmg) to oneshot the dragon, then focus the hunter. Don't do massive pulls, even with healing on, the drakes will stay ranged making them hard to kill with AoE.

Be sure to pick up also ...and a Time for Action (...And a time for Action), you will be questing in the same zone. While killing those mobs, you will loot a Meeting note (Meeting Note), starting another quest, "Did you get the note?" (Did You Get The Note?). Drop rate in my case was good, after some kills I got it. Three quests done in the same place, rather easily and quick.

New coordinates for Samia Inkling are 61.9 39.5. NPC is remodeled to a human female, standing in Evergrove, right near the flight master.

Description

Pardon me, but I couldn't help but overhear your conversation with Chawn. I'd like to help.

I'm studying the Blackwing Coven, and helping the druids in their dealings with them.

I am very interested in acquiring a few of their dragon whelps; it would help us to gauge exactly what we're up against by understanding that which they revere.

But first, we're going to need to acquire some nets. I noticed that the wyrmcult poachers out in the Ruuan Weald have an abundance of them.
