There is a timer on this. Once you complete Test Flight: The Zephyrium Capacitorium, you have a cooldown before you can talk to Rally again and do this next part. Lasts 3 minutes.

If you have any trouble accepting the quest from Rally because he needs a signed waiver, it's in your bag. Just click on it. :)

If you're a druid you can hit flight form a couple of seconds after lift-off. It will stop you right there. You can fly back and turn in the quest.

as any class , u can start logging out and if timed right u will stay in place and not launch off, when ur on the platform getting charged, hit cancel and turn in quest

I landed a few cm away of the agro range of a lvl70 elite with my rogue, so I stealthed right away!
I noticed some stealthed mobs too (spiders etc) so even rogues watch a bit on your way back!

No one said how to sign the waver, yet. I wish someone did since I just spent 10 minutes figuring it out. :)

The waver is in your bag, you just have to right click it, than Talk to Rally again, and he'll fly you there.

In this case flight form is a wonderful feature, I got launched and was in the air a few seconds until I was able to hit the flight form key and flew straight back to turn in the quest, made things so much easier.

Take advantage of your flying mount by talking to Rally while mounted; because you will stay mounted through the launch. At least that's what happened twice with my flying carpet.

Unsigned waiver should be in your Bag! Right click to sign, talk to Rally.
Also, when you talk to Rally, do so while on your flying mount (or in flying form) and you'll be launched on your mount. While midflight simply hit space bar to fly and turn in the quest.

Being a lvl 111 questing Outland is piece of cake. Big was my surprise when I during this quest landed on a creature I couldn't oneshot, and I was happy for not being of lower level. Landing on Scalewing Queen's head can be pretty lethal for those who's on the appropriate level for this area.

Tosses you on top of a lv 110 Scalewing Queen, thankfully, it doesn't deal too much damage (at level 74, you can outdistance it before it kills you)

I've been fiddling with the Zephyrium Capicitorium and I'm ready to perform another test! Do you want to help?

This next flight should be short, but fast!

Um... and although I'm sure there's no danger... I have this, uh, waiver that I'd like you to sign. It's just a formality, I assure you!
