Ok like they said the cords for Yojamba Isle are 14-15. Off the coast of Grom'Gol base camp. There is a larger Island you can see on the map that has element waters on it, go down the coast line toward booty when cross the water. Go to Vinchaxa give him any coins you may have then go in to the alter right click on the badge you have to get honor then see Vinchaxa again he gives you one more badge do the alter again.

For those like myself whichout Coords, the island he's on is the top left-most island on the Strangle Thorn map. It's a very tiny island and when you're on the shore looking out towards it you can see the silhouette of a large tower. That's the one :)

The coins are handed in 3 pairs:
Zulian, Razzashi, and Hakkari
Gurubashi, Vilebranch, and Witherbark
Sandfury, Skullsplitter, Bloodscalp

Bijou can also be handed in.

One bijou is equivalent to five coins. Conclusion, if five coins are cheaper than one bijou, buy the coins and vice versa
