This is a decent price to pay for such a minimal gain. This stacks with other run speed effects and can be very helpful in any kiting or escape ventures one might face.

This can actually be helpful on Anub'Rhekan in Naxx to escape Locust Swarm as a tank (granted you don't need more powerful buffs to improve your defensive stats). Sure it's possible without, but if you are plagued by lag this might make a difference.

This stacks multiplicatively with Fate Rune of Fleet Feet for 138% runspeed (in Icecrown). Run this macro to see target's current movement speed in case you don't believe that:

having this on ur ghost wolf shammy (with stone gaurd PvP boots that give +15% ghost wolf speed) u will have total of 65% run speed while u carrying the flag (flag on the mount)

even the mounted players will not get u (except the epic mounts)....the game will over in like 5-7 min ... GG

notice that u ~WILL NOT LOSE~ the effect if u died

Any idea if this stacks with Swiftness Potions? This potion would be great for WSG if that is the case!

im a hunter myself we have AoC and AoP another 10% wouldnt hurt then when we use swiftness potion we will fly to there flag WSG or AB its good maybe for AV for fleing if u ont use AoC ....cause AoC doesnt work when swift is on hopefully this potion and swift workd if not then i just said this for no reason hehe

does this one still last through death? I know Spirit of Zanza was changed so it doesn't any more, just wondering has this been changed as well?

The Zandalar buff is given when the Heart of Hakkar is handed in. Used to be all of STV but I think now it's just Yojamba Isle and Booty Bay that get it now. Sadly it no longer persists thru death :(

These potions can be bought from the vendor on Yojamba isle once u r revered or greater with the Zandalar tribe (http://www.worldofwarcraft.com/info/basics/factions/zandalar/vendor.html for full vendor list) using one Zandalar rep token.

This can be obtained when you hit revered with the zandalar tribe (by doing Zul'Gurub stuff).

You don't buy them with gold, but with 3 zandalar honor tokens. Tokens can be obtained in (atleast) two different ways. You can do the quest to destroy a bijou (sadly not repeatable) which give you one token. And you can deliver 3 types of coins (three combo's possible) and trade them for a token.
