Note if you're like me and did the everest quest chain first you can take the FP to kota basecamp to speed things up.

This may be premature, but asking other players what to do, since I didn't have the breadcrumb to Lin, they said to do the Shado-Pan quest line.
Without the bread crumb, I couldn't pick up the next quest from LIn, which was important in this version of the zygor leveling guide.

You pick that up the Shado-pan bread crumb by talking to Admiral Taylor in the Westwind retreat.

Once I got the Shado-Pan, there were 3 quests to do before the breadcrumb to Winter's blossom dropped.

I had trouble trying to keep up with zygor guide with this quest, since it said to turn it in and i didn't have the quest. I haven't even started the questline. To start the questline you have to go to Shado Pan Fallback and speak with Shado Master Chong there. Just finish the quests he gives you and eventually you will get this quest.

if some one like me losted (abandoned) the quest ... you can pick it from Shado-Master Chong (he is inside of buiding) 44,89.
But befor that u should had done the quest line wich is listed by wowhead.

After you get it don't go upstairs to take an easy road along the the top of the wall. In the 2nd tower there's a gang of pvp who'll smoke you.

Speak with Lin Silentstrike at Winter's Blossom in Kun-Lai Summit.

Description

The battle against the Sha is eternal - we can not leave this place. But I am troubled by the absence of reinforcements from the Monastery given that we sent for them days ago. You have performed admirably, perhaps you could travel to Winter's Blossom, our base camp on the way to the Shado-Pan Monastery. Speak with Lin Silentstrike once you arrive - he should know what is happening. To get there, travel north of the village and follow the road through Shado-Li Basin to Winter's Blossom.
