Yes, Shado-pan questline have such weird prequests :D
Awakened quests have 3 version of quests each starting from NPC that gave you previous quests.
Ordo Warbringer have quest that starts via pop-up after Channelers and backup from Taylor/Nazgrim if you abandon first.

If you're curious.....

After completing the quest, Mayor Bramblestaff says, "You have saved Binan Village, <name>. Ring the gong so all shall know!".

The gong is just to the right, if you are facing him. However, I could not find a way to ring the gong on my own. I did see the NPC in front of it ring the gong after about three minutes. I really wanted to ring it, but it appears it is simply some flavor text, for now.

Also, after completing this quest the NPCs of the town no longer speak of a stranger or foreigner.

The lack of description and context given to this quest disturbs me a bit. There is no background to it: WHY am I sent to kill them? WHAT have they done? Yeah you can guess it from the surroundings but the text itself is flat out laziness from the quest's creator.
Yeah I guess that's what you get when 90% of the players just hit accept without caring what's happening in the world, only to level as fast as possible. But I don't see why the guys at Blizzard would support such a behavior when they put so much effort into creating the game in the first place...
I just hope it doesn't become a trend in future quest descriptions, otherwise they can just cut it to "Slay 10 Bataari Tribe Members for 10 gold lol fast expz"

weirdly enough hunters are the only class that seem to get the purse of gold (25g whoopee!). Everyone else gets a weapon or shield.

Hi all

On This Achievement Tricks and Treats of Pandaria you need to finish quests with Candy Bucket in 22 locations. All of them You can find in main Vilages/Cities in Northrend Zones. To get to Pandoria use Teleport in Stormwind in Wizard's Sanctum "Portal to Jade Forest" 45.5 87.4.
