Leave the ship and head northeast to the Honor's Tomb area. The Stormwind SEAL Equipment can be found both inside and outside the capsized ships. You can often find three to four chests in one ship.

With how crowded it is in the area, I found it much more convenient to camp a single spawn. With some patience, you should be able to find a spawn with no Giblin Scavengers to bother you.

Also, on another note: some of the chests will drop multiple Stormwind SEAL Equipment.

Going inside the ships is definitely the best idea, managed to gather all my equipment in there and there was no one else around. Swimming sideways is abit difficult however :p

In order to getPay Attention! you must completeGirding Our Loins before acceptingHelm's Deep.
Better Late Than Dead andThe Abyssal Ride are NOT needed to takeGimme Shelter! and followups, however that would make you unable to getGood Deed Left Undone.
Lady La-La's Necklace have 0% drop chance beforeOphidophobia done and 100% after, however anyone can share you this quest as long as you are 80+lvl.
Anyone can takeVengeful Heart and do it's followups as long as they are 80+lvl. Quests above are NOT needed for it.

Wandered fruitlessly for almost a half hour <headdesk>. Then came to the most NE ship in Seafarer's Tomb (53.66, 22.96) and found six - three outside and three inside the ship.

The Alliance have a special unit, trained and equipped to explore and fight beneath the sea.

It would seem that they are in this region to do more than just defend against our attack.

There must be more of these down here, and if you can find them it could turn things around for the Vanguard.
