The crucible is located to the north of the executioner on a platform with fighting Klvadir

If you are in human (non-vision) form, you can also retrieve the crucible from the top level of the temple in Vash'jir. Make sure you're at the top level (above the terrace) and the entrance can be found around 33, 76. I ended up doing this because I logged out while in vision form and came back in blood elf form...

I actually dropped this chain at "Chosen Burden and no longer have the sword thingy, I cant find this wavespeaker chick anywhere...where can I reacquire the sword?

I had an issue with this quest, the crucible just wasn't there. In the end I exited the "vehicle" and this took me back to the area where you use the sword. I used the sword again, swam back and bingo there it was. Hope this helps

Happend me to after I completed the other quest (Where you slay 20 kvaldir), but after reseting and enter the vision again it all sorted out!

This was was very difficult to find. The crucible is in the center of the domed mosoleum structure called Quel'Dormer Terrace. Enter it at ground level at 33.11 76.65. It is on the middle level of this 3D mess of a world.

The crucible kept disappearing even though I would "leave vehicle" and re-enter my "vehicle", so after the 3rd time, I swam around the outside of the building instead of swimming down the middle to get to it, and it worked!
