Just kill things in the cave where you get the quest.

The mobs are deep into the cavern.
You can do this quest along with http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=12265
37,32 is the exact coords for the entrance to the cavern.
Some mobs inside put fire in the floor so be careful moving so you don't take that much damage.

I had to leave the original quest line to repair--so upon returning , I found this quest hard to find --it is in the Obsidian Dragonshrine--Maw of Neltharion.

Not a very special quest, but take not these numbers are quite a requirement. In fact, it's probably quicker to focus on Defiling the Defilers and go back when that's done instead of getting this quest completed before returning, considering you have to return to the inner cave for Neltharion's Flame anyway.

This quest is a part of a small questline

The Obsidian Dragonshrine given by Nalice (top of Wyrmrest Temple) hand-in @ Serinar (inside Obsidian Dragonshrine)

The questline gives approximately 1620 reputation towards The Wyrmrest Accord (without any bonus)
