Herezegor Flametusk is located under the stairs to the right when you walk into the Wyvern's Tail Inn in the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar.

As you enter the inn, "You sense that you are being followed."

When you speak to him, you will get jumped by 3 - Twilight Nightblade

Kill them and speak to Herezegor again to collect the quest item.

If he suddently dissapear and you cant find him, just wait a few minutes. Then he'll respawn. You will have to fight the attackers again.

And I dont just mean that he ran outside. He didnt show up after the attackers were killed.

Flametusk somehow managed to get himself killed despite both me and my pet attacking all the mobs. Try to avoid letting this happen unless you want to wait 10 minutes for him to respawn.

This is a horrible quest. No thought was put into its design.

The three Twilight Nightbane's do not automatically aggro on the person doing the quest. I was lucky enough to be hearthing to this inn on my freshly dinged lvl 60 hunter while an 84 dk goblin (one week after launch) was doing this quest. I was promptly given a durability loss for my trouble.

For those like me wondering what to do after this, you should have a quest called "Machines of War" in your quest log, this is part of a string that gets you to TH. If you don't have it, the string starts from "The Warchief's Command"

It seems that if someone else happens to be in the inn and they help kill the spawned mobs that he won't offer you the map. I fought them twice with the other player (not grouped- just hanging around in the inn) and then once after he left so I could aggro all three of them to get the map.

This quest is a PoS. I spoke to Herezgor and killed all three of the spawned mobs inside the inn. When I spoke to Herezgor again, the mobs respawned. I guess someone must have "helped" me with one of them. HowTF does Blizz expect a healer to complete this quest?

Asking Herezegor for the map (spoiler alert)

When you speak to Herezegor, he says:

What's this, <class>? You know my name?

Do you know, then, of my reputation?

I am Flametusk of the Dragonmaw clan. I commanded legions, flew on dragonback, witnessed the sundering of Grim Batol...

Curse the Twilight's Hammer, and curse their ogre lapdogs. Look at me now. All talk and cheap liquor.

"The Dragonmaw can be great again. Help our conquest of the Twilight Highlands - can you give me a map?"

Herezegor Flametusk says: I will help, but know that you're stepping into a viper's nest. Let me draw you a map - wha - behind you!

At this point, you and Herezegor are attacked by Twillight's Hammer. When you defeat them,

Herezegor Flametusk motions for you to speak with him again.

So, Twilight's hammer is trying to finish me off? Honorless filth!

I will definitely help you, <class>. You say you need a map?

"Yes, a map of the coastal approaches."

Herezegor Flametusk scrawls out a depiction of his home port on a torn parchment.

Herezegor Flametusk says: There you have it, <name>. All the safe approaches to the Twilight Highlands. Unleash havoc on our foes!

This quest still works. Map is still handed out.

The follow up "MAchines of War" isn't handed out.

The intro quest for Twilight Higlands is thus bugged !

After completing this quest, speak to Vol'jin to get Where Is My Warfleet?

This quest is no longer part of the quest chain. It goes right to Where's My Warfleet.

Go to Sauranok the mystic in the Warchiefs building in Org, he will send you to Herezegor Flametusk to get the map. Go back to Sauranok to complete the quest and Eitrigg is across the room and will give you Machines of War.

This quest is a bit broken, when you enter the inn, you have to wait for the "You Sense you are being followed" emote, THEN talk to him and kill the guards, otherwise you won't get the follow-up dialogue for the map it helps if you are dismounted well before you enter the building.

or be like me and keep killing guards until you spend long enough on wowhead that the emote finally appears.

BFA phasing breaks the quest giver for this. If Sauranok the Mystic isn't offering this quest, try completing The Heart of Azeroth first.

Unfamiliar Waters

Locate Herezegor Flametusk at the Wyvern's Tail inn within the Valley of Honor in Orgrimmar, and obtain a Twilight Highlands Coastal Chart.

Description

The Warchief has designs to launch an all-out assault on the Twilight Highlands. Once there we hope to ally with the Dragonmaw orcs.

Through my own sources I've discovered that a Dragonmaw orc resides here, in Orgrimmar. He is known as Herezegor Flametusk, and once he commanded legions of their warriors.

His insider knowledge is precious to us. Find Flametusk and obtain for us a chart of the Twilight Highlands waterways.

Last I hear, Flametusk was washed up at a bar in the Valley of Honor...
