Go to the area where you fought Fjorn and the other giants. Fjorn and the enemy giants will be gone, replaced with friendly giants. You will find Njormeld there, who will then give you battling the elements.

Once you acquire the quest, you will need to head to The Storm Peaks: Fjorn's Anvil (75, 64), where you will find a giant named Njormeld. Talk to him.

This may seem weird to some of you. But after having some trouble to begin this quest line I discovered that you need to do or accept the quest that Thorim gives you. The quest called Forging an Alliance.

You Can't Miss Him

King Jokkum in Dun Niffelem wants you to find Njormeld at Fjorn's Anvil.
