Don't turn this quest in until you've finished all the ones from Raegar Breakbrow next to this questgiver. Being able to move around without aggro'ing anything is very handy in the dense questing area.

Wow what a confused quest. It's called "Put on Your Best Face for Loken" and in the completion dialogue it mentions Kronus.

Couldn't Blizzard have done a simple "Find and Replace" to change every mention of Kronus to Loken?

Okay, I thought I would add a comprehensive post for this group of quests for everyone:

Do the following 3 quests together:

Put on Your Best Face for Loken
The Iron Thane and His Anvil
Blackout
Once inside Dun Argol, put on the disguise and head over to the building at 81,60 and complete the "Put on Your Best Face for Loken" quest
Once you are done with that, do NOT remove your disguise or turn in the quest and head over to the building at 76,63 and go to the lower level.
Bomb the power core and this completes the "Blackout" quest.
While your are still in the building on the lower level and exercising some care to not be in aggro range, remove your disguise and activate your War Golem.
EMP Anvil and attack Iron Thane Furyhammer. Anvil will be disabled for only so long so you'll probably have to EMP him again. Once Iron Thane is dead, this completes the "The Iron Thane and His Anvil" quest. After I killed Iron Thane, I destroyed Anvil too so I could loot them both.
At this point I jumped out of the War Golem, put my disguise back on and walked out of Dun Argol.

Little tid bit, you can use your disguise while mounted. just mount and once again disguise yourself. makes moving around easier, well did for me.

And here is what he says:

Image of Loken says: You're late, overseer.
Image of Loken says: Destiny will not wait. Your craftsmen must increase their production of the war golems before the stone giant leader and his army reach Ulduar.
Image of Loken says: Tell your rune-smiths to continue converting what stone giants you can. Those that will not submit must be destroyed.
Image of Loken says: If the stone giants interfere with our work at Ulduar, I will hold you and your thane responsible. Mortals must not be allowed to come to the aid of the giants.
Image of Loken says: Return to your duties, overseer. Be certain to impress upon your workers the urgency of their tasks.

Mounting up will cause the disguise to be removed (and any surrounding mobs to aggro you). However, you can don the disguise while you are already on your mount.

This quest and all other quests given by Mountaineer Kilian and Raegar Breakbrow strangely do not give rep towards either Valiant Expedition or Explorer's League.

! WARNING ! Don't ever use your Nitro Boosts while being desguised !

It will jump you far in the air, and the landing will kill you (got 100%+ falling damage and died). You be warned...

I'm surprised no one saw the irony in the player using a disguise to trick Loken. Loken isn't as clever as he pretends to be, after all!

You have to fly to Dun Argol and find a bunker at 81.0 60.0 spot. Get in and use your disguise - Overseer Disguise Kit.
When you're done, open Loken's pedestal and listen to him. Travel back to Mountaineer Kilian to hang in the quest.

Disguise yourself as an Iron Rune Overseer, intercept the message from Loken, then report to Mountaineer Kilian at Prospector's Point.

Description

Using the images you've captured, I've created everything you need for your overseer disguise kit. You'll make a fine iron dwarf, if I do say so myself.

Take the kit with you to Dun Argol, use it to disguise yourself, then go to the easternmost building on the broad middle tier of the city.

There, you should see a pedestal where the thane and overseers receive their orders from this Loken. Activate it while disguised and learn all you can from the communication.
