Drops off of Gar'lok (a rare elite in Dread Wastes).
This drops off a rare Mantid and can be little trickier to solo than some of the other races especially as you have to clear some area to move in, but should be fairly easy for 2 people.
The rares currently have around a 1 hour respawn.

This thing is just nuts. As you can guess it doesn't work in combat, and as it says any damage taken removes the buff from you, but you cant argue with 90% health and mana in 6 seconds on a 5 min cd. Basicly removes the need for food and water.
~~If you're planning on doing challenge modes, or even if you're not, I cant recommend it enough.~~
Saldy in the recent patch this item got 'fixed' and now only works in the outside world of Pandaria along with serveral other drops from the rare elites.
Still valuable for daily quests or world pvp, but not quite as great an item as it was.
Can be used while mounted.
Does not work in pvp. Error 'You are in the wrong zone'

Can only be used in Pandaria. Does not work for players above level 94.

Why did they set this requirement ? This is non battle spell .

Flavor text reminds me of the Seanchan bloodknives from the Wheel of Time books, and their ter'angreal rings which gave them beneficial powers in combat - granted only to the most elite suicide assassins...especially references to "service to the Empress."

Almost completely useless. (a) can only be used in Pandoria (b) can't be used in dungeons even though tooltip doesn't specify "outdoors" only (c) even though tooltip says damage interrupts the "frenzy" which is the 6 second 90% health/mana regen, a palidan can bubble (not taking damage, right?) yet the sigil says you are "in combat" and cannot use it. So I guess unless you gots a trick like feign death to get out of combat quickly, its useless in those situations. It's basically a fancy health/mana bandage that takes up an extra slot in your bags for nothing. The only thing it's useful for is if you just got your health and mana severely depleted after fighting some npc's and want to save a few second eating food to regen.

Just another useless vanity drop.

Ingame mine currently shows 17% health/mana every 1 sec for 6 sec. Has this been stealth buffed?

I just picked this up off a dead Mantid rare today, didn't know it existed, the battle was dangerous and long, even in my 500ilvl gear, the Mantid was seething with anger and bloodlust, he wanted me dead, but I wanted it more! His blades slashed and clanked against the stone skin of my Shale spider, but he didn't falter against the Mantid. Soon, this warrior bug was felled by one last arrow right between the eyes... all six million of them.

I rolled his lifeless chitin corpse over and discovered one hand in his pouch, clutching something small and shiny. I wrestled it from his grasp and found it to be a healing artifact and thought "hey, this would be useful", then I read the inscription 'can only be used in Pandaria', I instantly gained "Sadface buff" since most of my work is done in Pandaria now that the Alliance has raided Thunder Isle, but thought I would try it out anyway and sure enough, it DOES work! Even though you take a portal to Thunder Isle, they still consider it a part of Pandaria and woot! /cheer /dance

Now I'm a happy hunter with some kind of decent heal item besides food and the cool down is actually really nice. I can't make use of the mana restoration, but I certainly can't complain! <3

This is quite a useful item to have handy on the Timeless Isle, especially as a non-healing class. Many times I've been at extremely low health after killing an elite or rare and this Sigil helps make it just a little bit quicker to get back into the fray of battle!

Good macro for subterfuge rogues against all magic classes.Because during 诡诈 's 3 sec window, using this item does not break stealth.

/cast Cloak of Shadows
/cast Vanish
/use Eternal Warrior's Sigil

1-Clears dots
2-Vanishes out of combat
3-Uses Eternal sigil to heal %50-%90(Depends on PVP-PVE situation)
4-You stay in stealth thanks to 诡诈

Since all classes have dots in WoW but rogues can only clear magical ones,this macro is pretty badass against every caster class/paladin/enhancement shammies/DK's in open world pvp and Battlegrounds.Since Eternal Sigil is heal over time effect and breaks when player gets damage ,against physical dot classes like ferals/warriors/rogues , I believe this item will heal 2 tick = %30 health at most depends on dot's timer before getting hurt by rend,rupture,garrote.

Note:Other talents than subterfuge is no good with this macro for stealth issues.If you pick other talents than 诡诈 then use this macro , you will clear dots,vanish then use item but instantly get out of stealth.But get this,since cloak of shadows has 6 sec duration and you are immune to magic damage,you will have at least get 5 ticks of %15 (%75 total in theory) healing against non-physical classes

New Toys - Old Items Converting to Toys
I figured it's better now than later to start farming the old items that will be converted to toys in Legion. Who knows if they'll lower drop rates or how heavily they will be camped once they're added to the toybox.
I made myself a Google Sheets document to track all the toys being converted and it has the ability to mark off the item once you've found it. With the filters I can then hide any marked off toys. This has really helped me find and track the long list of items and I wanted to share it with the community. I've heavily cleaned it up for sharing purpose, so feel free to use it as you please!

不朽武士的印记 is one of 12 unlimited-use zone-specific buff items available in game. It is usable only in Pandaria.
不朽武士的印记 has a chance to drop from 嘎洛克, a rare mob found in the 恐惧废土, Pandaria.

Note: 永茂蕨叶 (released with the WoD expansion) is an upgraded version of 不朽武士的印记 (released with the MoP expansion).

Legion update: 不朽武士的印记 became a Toy.

The other items are:

粗麻仪式袋 - rewarded from the quest 粗麻小径：前往粗麻驿站 in 昆莱山.
烧灼的虚空碎片 - sold by 战斗法师凯丝琳 at Deliverance Point in 破碎海滩, Broken Isles. Requires Honored with 抗魔联军.
永茂蕨叶 - rewarded from the quest 塞纳里奥的忧虑 obtained from a 坠月旅店 / 霜壁旅社等级1 in your Garrison.
磨魂者 - rewarded from the Garrison campaign quest 磨魂幸存者 (A) / 磨魂幸存者 (H).
释放的疯狂 - has a chance to be contained in Treasure of the Highmaul which is the reward for the last player alive in 角斗场 which is accessed from the 角斗士圣殿等级3.
These cannot be obtained anymore:

拳手之无尽狡诈药水, 拳手之无尽灵巧药水, 拳手之无尽武力药水 - items were sold by 奎肯布什 (A) at the Bizmo's Brawlpub in 矿道地铁 / 保尔·诺斯 (H) at the 搏击竞技场 but were removed from the vendors. They are still available to players who bought them.
拳手的无尽德拉诺敏捷药水, 拳手的无尽德拉诺智慧药水, 拳手的无尽德拉诺力量药水 - items were sold by 奎肯布什 (A) at the Bizmo's Brawlpub in 矿道地铁 / 保尔·诺斯 (H) at the 搏击竞技场.

There are also 10 unlimited-use global-use buff items available in game:

雕饰饮水角 - contained in 雕饰饮水角, a treasure found in 影月谷, Draenor (locat1on: 33.5, 39.7).
狂乱水晶 - has a chance to drop from 苏里克夏, a rare mob found in 四风谷, Pandaria (locat1on: 37, 25.6).
高能强化符文 (A) - sold by 守备官科索斯 at Lion's Watch in 塔纳安丛林, Draenor. Requires Exalted with 先知之手.
高能强化符文 (H) - sold by 暗影猎手德恩加 at Vol'mar in 塔纳安丛林, Draenor. Requires Exalted with 沃金之锋.
审判官的邪恶之眼 - contained in 小宝箱, a treasure found in 破碎深渊马顿 (locat1on: 44.9, 77.9).

This is probably an easter egg to the Eternal warrior ring from Demon's souls,which increased your stamina regeneration

Considering the amount of easter eggs to Dark souls and Demon's souls in WoW,it wouldnt surprise me

With MoP Remix around the corner, it might be worth looking into some of these items that are limited to Pandaria only.

战斗号角 An AoE that does no damage but will aggro everything in a 40-yard radius around you. Useful for rounding stuff up
萨尔因战旗 Works a bit like a Rogue's Vanish, if you find yourself in a tough spot, and will drop you out of combat
不朽武士的印记 90% of health and mana regen over 6 seconds
被诅咒的水手头盔 Makes you swim really fast and gives underwater breathing
水润珠宝 An inferior version of the above
微风精华 Whenever you press jump you go forward about 5 yards. Makes you a little bit faster and useful if your class lacks mobility
硬化之壳 World PvP
热心呆瓜的哨子 (which gives 一袋有用的物品 which can contain potions)
