战斗法师凯丝琳 sells the following items for 虚空碎片.

烧灼的虚空碎片 at Honored for 0 虚空碎片: An item with a Cauterize effect that provides an instant heal and then damages the player over time.
抗魔联军旗帜 at Honored for 0 虚空碎片: A decorative item that summons a banner with the Legionfall logo.
燃烧军团便携传送门 at Revered for 0 虚空碎片: A toy which summons a dangerous portal. This item was originally added during Legion's alpha and players have been searching for it for months.
改装的邪能焦镜 at Revered for 0 虚空碎片: An elixir which grant +500 to a primary stat. This is in the tradition of items from past expansions like Oralius' Whispering Crystal.
军团入侵模拟器 at Exalted for 0 虚空碎片: Summons a toy Legion ship which does battle! Seems like it will work similar to vehicle toys like Darkmoon Tonk Controller.
抗魔联军战袍 at Exalted for 0 虚空碎片: Tabard with the Legionfall Logo.

Dauntless tokens create gear with a base ilvl of 168, and are sold by 战斗法师凯丝琳 for 0 虚空碎片.

Gear has a chance to be Warforged (+5/+10) or Titanforged (+15 ilvl).

战斗法师凯丝琳 is still useful post patch 7.3 as a vendor for 改装的邪能焦镜 (which will likely outlast most other Legion items), and 虚空碎片精华 for crafting Legendaries for newly dinged 110s.

If you are leveling your followers to the max, you might be interested in 失落知识宝典 and 重塑的装甲.

--Edited for amount of Nethershards, ilevel, and removed reference to Thaumaturge Vashreen, who has since ditched the Broken Shore.

If you can't find her, she often runs over to help defend the Mage Tower when it's under attack and sometimes gets killed in the process. She should respawn in a few minutes.

As of 7.3 dauntless still gives 850ilvl items, despite the fact that 880 vendor is gone.
