I'm currently using the Oceansong Kilt ( http://www.wowhead.com/?item=27458 ) from heroic ramparts, and it's simply amazing what a huge upgrade these are over those pants. The only thing you could compare them would be the Heart-Flame leggings from the chess event, which would socket to more +healing but far less Mp5 and fewer stats.

This is part of Tier 4 Raid set (lvl 70) . You can obtain this item from 阿罗迪斯·炎刃 if you are friendly with 占星者 , or from 阿苏尔 whitch is member of 奥尔多. You need appropriate token to purchase this item.
