Probably the only Shaman T4 chest that doesn't waste itemization on mp5, as Resto spec is actually interested in that stat!

Considering that this is "the ultimate" T4 piece, it should probably be more difficult to obtain than the others. However, with the changes to the Magtheridon fight in 2.3, this piece is quite easy to get. Many guilds are continuing to down "Bagtheridon" for the 20-slot bag, epic gem drops, and 3 Badge of Justice long after most epics from him are subpar. If you can get in on these fast loot runs, most guilds would be quite happy to gear up a Resto Shaman.
