there are 3 different ones for each race. Draenei get black/purple one, dwarves got the brown one, and human get the blue/black one.

I made a new Drae and she has a Squire's Vest now. I liked how it looked with the Valor chestpiece, now I don't have a shirt :(

This shirt goes nicely with the T5 Pally transmorg to cover the exposed elbows with a very similar color to the armor.

Former starting shirt for Draenei Paladins. Since patch 4.0.3 it has been replaced by 侍从外衣.
The only race that starts off with a shirt now is Worgen Hunters, Warriors and Rogues who get 吉尔尼斯探险者衬衣.
All other race/class combos only start off with a chest piece, not a shirt.
Prior to Cataclysm, most characters started off with a shirt, but these were removed in favor of chest pieces in patch 4.0.3.
However, 托马斯·杨斯 in 旧希尔斯布莱德丘陵 still sells these shirts for bankers or RP purposes:

新兵衬衣, 侍从衬衣, 见习牧师衬衣, 学徒衬衣, 侍僧衬衣

Pre-Cataclysm starting shirts (that are now unobtainable) will very likely sell for a premium on the AH. These include:
