This is the shirt that Hunters start out with at level 1.

This shirt is part of the starting outfit for Dwarf and Night Elf hunters. They also start with Rugged Trapper's Pants and Rugged Trapper's Boots. Night Elves also start with Worn Dagger and Worn Shortbow, while Dwarves have Worn Axe and Old Blunderbuss.

Rugged Trapper's Shirt has been replaced with Rugged Trapper's Vest, the main difference being
the shirt could be worn underneath your chest armor while the vest is the chest armor; which
is a shame because it was one of the nicest looking shirts in the game.

Former starting shirt for Dwarf and Night Elf Hunters. Since patch 4.0.3 it has been replaced by 皱褶捕兽者外衣.
The only race that starts off with a shirt now is Worgen Hunters, Warriors and Rogues who get 吉尔尼斯探险者衬衣.
All other race/class combos only start off with a chest piece, not a shirt.
Prior to Cataclysm, most characters started off with a shirt, but these were removed in favor of chest pieces in patch 4.0.3.
However, 托马斯·杨斯 in 旧希尔斯布莱德丘陵 still sells these shirts for bankers or RP purposes:

新兵衬衣, 侍从衬衣, 见习牧师衬衣, 学徒衬衣, 侍僧衬衣

Pre-Cataclysm starting shirts (that are now unobtainable) will very likely sell for a premium on the AH. These include:

This is the first item I ever placed in my bank, and was the first article of clothing my Night Elf Hunter wore, and since 2004 it has sat in my bank.

Today it is BoE and a green item. I have not equipped it since it was changed to BoE. When it is time to sell, it will sell for tens of millions of gold.
This could very well be one of the most rare items in-game, because 99.9% of the characters that had this on their character, would have vendored it long ago.
