I don't know why all shirts in Thott seem to have gem slots? That's an utter lie... However, the name and appearance of shirts are usually correct. And this red shirt I got on my Blood Elf Warlock as starting clothes, besides the robe (https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=20892/侍僧长袍).
