They may have a bit less critical and attack power than Gauntlets of the Dragon Slayer, but the hit rate makes a huge difference. If you have 142 hit without this Gloves then I would recomend the Dragon Slayer, otherwise I'd say this ones own.

i agree with the guy 2x above, however you have not read hunter mechanics, 1 agl is now only 1 ap, and 1 int is now approximately equivalent to 0.45 ap.
this set gives about 370ap, 2-3% crit chance,
116 int, thats a lot of mana. a nice bit of stamina, 21 mana per 5 sec and a% chane to hit.

thats without any sockets. using them you can get 80 ap, 1% crit and a meta gem uber thing.

so.... for only 5 pieces of armour someone saying this is crap? sorry you a greatly mistaken.

oh and as far as bonuses go for hunter sets, these are great. personally id love the 4 set and the 3 ebon set. look it up, 3 set bonus and stats on those make a great 8 piece armour grouping.

epon set is made from blacksmithing and is for its quality relatively cheap.

cant agree more especially happy i am with the awesome set bonuses that we get these days. i mean per healing its self like that is gonna be useful when i pet tank gruul etc. to keep on this super possitve vibe am also happy about all nice trinketrs and rings that i can get from all the new fractions and oboy did i mention the quest rewards like https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=29283/王牌刺客的紫罗兰徽记 for example. they even made it clear with the names of all rigns in game - ring of the shapeshifter, ring of the superior tanking, casting, etc etc. well i just wanna finish by saying that its making the game really balanced when the same item has +5k spellcrit when it has +22 crit, i just love getting shot down in the air from a mage that has 99.99% to crit just to run back find my body floating in the air, run back ress with ress sicknes... well basically if ur a hunter and liking it stop complaining cause being hated is what being a hunter is all about, so go out and gank of your frustrations..

ps tier 5 what an awesome look cant wait to get those shoulders ds

Wow. This set is serisually badass, if you collect it all, personally everytime i see a red socket i have to put a + 16 attack power stone in there, and if u add up all the possible attack power avalible, that would be an increase of 386 what hunter wouldnt be psyced about that?

Yes its true Int is important also to hunters but, hunters need agility more. Whitout agillity hunters are fcked in PvP. And I would love to know how to get this set (looks awsome)
