This item requires your rep with the Zandalar Tribe to be at least Revered. In addition to rep, You will need an item called Primal Hakkari Kossack. The kossack has a drop chance off of every boss in ZG except Hakkar. These robes lasted me until I finally got my Nemesis Robes.
As for PvP, Just slap a +100 health enchant onto these robes and you have yourself amazing PvP robes.

These are amazing Warlock Robes. You won't replace them until Nemesis Robes. They have lots of stam, and a lot of spell damage on it. They are quite a low drop rate though (they are from the Primal Hakkari Kossack) so they can be hard to get. They require revered with ZG, but you would be quite lucky if you got the Kossack before you hit revered though.

Alright, this is really not that hard. First if you want the three items you should be running this with a steady group -- prefferably your guild. My guild runs ZG once or twice a week. This is a great instance to do in parts while waiting to do MC on the weekend. If you are running this with a random group then you are going to get bogged down in trying to get items from others that want/need it just as much as you. At this point in my guild most of us are just lacking a few coins and maybe one or two bijous -- mainly rep is the lacking part. Now you build up the 10 coins 2 bijous and 1 epic boss drop - get the rep for friendly - then get your bracers. Next work on honored and what you havent gotten for your shoulders - finally get the robes by getting the last few peices and the rest of your rep needed. Dont get frustrated if you dont get the peices right away because you HAVE TO HAVE REP! The neck piece you get just for having rep and the charm is a whole'nother story. Also -- you shouldnt decide on just one robe -- take different item sets for different situations. If a boss is taking you out every time put on your stam gear. If its just a dps fight forget everything but DPS gear. When you go to MC you give up some stats for FR gear. You should have atleast a bag dedicated to gear and trinkets, locks are flexible and need to be so to best aid their guild.

I can't decide whether to wear these or my Felheart Robes. I like the 5 set piece bonus, -15% cooldown on Death Coil, making it only 102 seconds (1.7 min) as opposed to 120 seconds (2 mins).

This robe is very sweet. I use it over my Robe of the Void, Deathmist Robe, Felheart Robes or Flowing Ritual Robes.

I have 3/5 of the Zandalar Demoniac's set, the shoulders, bracers, and this robe. Since I've obtained the +21spelldmg shoulders from AQ20 off of Moam (Mantle of Maz'Nadir), I wear the ZG robes with the ZG bracers, and get the 2/5 set bonus of +23 spelldmg. So I actually gain +4 spelldmg over wearing the RotV, making this the best epic robe available until T2 Nemesis(that is, when it's paired w/ the ZG bracers. Once you upgrade those bracers, then in terms of +dmg RotV is better). Although, even if I upgrade my bracers and lose my +23dmg bonus(if that happened tho, I'd put my ZG shoulders back on and keep the bonus until I got some way better shoulders, probably nemesis), the +1%hit, +27spelldmg, and very awesome +35 Stamina this robe has, makes it a robe hard to upgrade until BWL. It has high dmg, really high stamina(w/ +100hp enchant, this robe gives me +510hp), and the chance to hit is awesome. Not to mention it looks much better than the generic crapfest known as the Robe of the Void...(update epic graphics blizzard!)

Seriously, what good is +dmg if it's being resisted or missing? ^^

Looks exactly like Headmaster Gandling's robe. Not so great considering arcane robes have the exact same model. =/

Oh well I'm not arguing with 35 stam, 27 spell, and 1% hit. Most likely I'll wear these over my Robes of the Void.
