One of the defining features for classes in
World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic
is the tier sets, items that go together aesthetically and provide powerful bonuses to your character when worn together.
Tier 7
is the first raid tier set that can drop from Wrath of the Lich King raids, and can be collected from the

raids. Note that

does not drop any tier pieces.
Wrath of the Lich King Classic Differences from TBC Classic
Tier sets function in a very similar way in Wrath of the Lich King Classic, there are only a few notable differences:
With all raids having a 10-man and 25-man mode, there are two different tier sets in Tier 7. 10-man raid tier items will have the
Heroes'
prefix, and 25-man raid tier items will have the
Valorous
prefix.
Some of the tier pieces can be purchased with emblems (the equivalent of

). For example,

Obtaining the Tier 7 Sets in Wrath of the Lich King Classic
As previously mentioned, tier sets in Wrath of the Lich King drop as redeemable tier tokens from specific bosses. These tokens are used by specific classes:

The amount of emblems of valor for the legplates of the lost vanquishercosts 75 instead of 60 and the mantle of the lost vanquisher costs 60 instead of 75.
