A reduced cooldown on our biggest damage ability is the biggest DPS increase that a Paladin will get. Every Paladin should aim for this set bonus.

Here's the math:

Untalented Judgement
6 times per minute
x 8000 average Judgement damage
48,000 / 60 = 800 DPS

Talented Judgement
7.5 times per minute
x 8000 average Judgement damage
60,000 / 60 = 1000 DPS

Talented Judgement + Set Bonus
8.6 times per minute
x 8000 average Judgement damage
68,800 / 60 = 1147 DPS

Obviously your increase will be higher or lower depending on your gear level and average Judgement damage.

Not only that, but with the way paladin's skill CDs commonly hit together (Judge 8 sec, CS 6 sec, consecration 8 sec (10 with glyph), DS 10 sec) getting Judgements off of the even number cooldown will help logjams from happening, and make everything smoother.
