In the new Tier .5 quest line, you have to summon two bosses in existing instances: DM East, Scholo, LBRS, Scarlet Strat and UBRS. It's random as far as which one you have to summon except for the final one in UBRS.

Either do the quests yourself, catch someone on this step and tag along, or find someone who has done all the quests, as you get a brazier at the end to summon any of them as many times as you want.

This drops from Lord Valthalak in The Beast's room in UBRS.

And nice for shadow priests as well, the int is nice and the stam increases pvp survivability. Shadow is predominantly a pvp spec as it is.

Lord Valthalak drops them. He's the final boss in 0.5 quest line, and I can tell you this: He's well hard. Good luck!

where do you get these? - nice for locks who don't want to spend their points on mandokirs pants and can't get magmadar down 4 felheart

The Dungeon Set 2 also called Tier 0.5 is aquired through a fairly lengthy, somewhat difficult and expensive quest chain through which you upgrade Dungeon Set 1 pieces.
After completing 向伯德雷回复 which is one part of the chain, you will recieve 符咒火盆用户手册 and 符咒火盆.
The manual describes where the brazier can be used to summon a variety of bonus bosses with rare loot in the following dungeons:
