One of the best boots for raiding as a mage. Only ones I would replace them with is Frostfire.

They are a good upgrade from Netherwind and but can be challenged by Boots of Epiphany because of their +dmg.

Currently with the nerf to Elemental precision. The Enigma boots are by far the best boots for a raiding mage until frostfire. The pls 8 spell hit raiting helps prevent crucial resists that will lower your over all dps.

Better than Netherwind Boots for sure, if you're not one of the mages obsessed with the 8/8 Netherwind set bonus.

Personally I don't like sets because I know in future I'll have to break them, so I just opt for mixed +dmg gear.

Gain Neutral reputation status with The 诺兹多姆的子嗣.
Accept your class quest from 坎多斯特拉兹 inside The Temple 安其拉 (AQ40). He's located in a side room just beyond 预言者斯克拉姆.
Kill 维希度斯 / 哈霍兰公主 and loot the Qiraji token: 其拉统御腕轮.
Collect the right amount/type of Idols and Scarabs needed, either buy them from the auction house or loot from trash / 大型圣甲虫箱s.
Complete the quest!
