For people like me who simply thought the Lasher Seed was experience for me and used it, don't worry!

Go to Naralex, get the Nightmare Sample, and then plant it in the Fresh Dirt nearby. Kill the Malevolent Lasher that spawns. Turn in quest.

I spoke to him in the circle of spirits but turns out, he moves toward the fresh dirt further away from the circle...took me forever to figure this out. He's South of The Retreat along the path.

Naralex awaits you at his tent. coordinates are 69.0 73.6 in The Dreamgrove.
Speak with him and follow him to the pile of groud. Plant a seed, wait until Malevolent Lasher spawns and make it dead.

In case you get bugged with speaking to Naralex but not able to plant, he is kinda just standing there waiting for you to do it but you can't, just abandon the quest and pick it up again, worked for me

I'm apparently too high of level to plant the Lasher Seed. When i am instructed to by Naralex, a red promt comes onto my screen stating "You're higher than the max usable level for this spell." . The seed specifically states "Does not work for players over level 49".
Is there anyway to bypass this? or any other way I can start the Balance of Power quest line.
