So it says:
"Relevant Locations
The entirety of this quest happens in Stormheim." on wowhead,
but i cant find the hand in, i saved her, just cant hand in.

Collect Dravax's Key from Dravax, then free Sylara Shadowheart.

Dravax is a big floating dude with a green backpack, he's up the road to the left.

If you have issues handing this quest in, using Zen Pilgrimage to go to order hall, and then to return to Stormheim, solved it for me. When I was returned to Stormheim I just mounted up and went back to the quest area, and the NPC appeared with a ? over his head.

Edit: Seems that just going out of the quest area, and back in, within Stormheim, also works.

First, you have to obtain Dravax's Key from Dravax.
When you got it, free Sylara Steelsong from the cage at 64.2 57.2.

The text says to save Sylara Shadowheart, but her name is actually Sylara Steelsong :-)

As of 7.3.5, this quest is bugged.
Nothing happens when you interact with the cage.

Picked up the quest, killed Dravax, obtained the key, tried to open the cage by clicking, by using the key, by talking to Angus and Sylara, /reloading, logging out, waiting, exiting the game, using Zen Pilgrimage, abandoning the quest and trying again. Nothing helps.
