The cauldron is in the room with all the long tables. The Heart of Revelry. It's on the side toward the portal to Fenryr.

Click a drink or "mug of ale" on one of the tables, I think you can CC/skip the trash mobs completely and finish the quest by yourself (provided you cleared 1st boss).

Thankfully, you can accomplish this on Normal or Heroic modes.

It's going to sound obvious for a lot of people since it's the same for any dungeon quest that ask you to pick-up an item, but this quest cannot be completed in mythic+.

You have to join a group to Halls of Valor. Normal, heroic or mythic are all okay. Odyn's Cauldron located in the room where long tables are, right wing.
Dont leave as you got Odyn's Cauldron, keep in mind that you also have to defeat Odyn - the last boss too, so you have to do a full run.

If you don't want to level all the way to 70 (during Dragonflight) to make quick work of this, it was easy enough at 60 for a Monk (and presumably will be for any other class).
