If you don't have these flight points yet because you started in another zone, obtain a Goblin Glider, go to the grassy area to the right of the stairs of the Violet Citadel, hop down to the Dalaran Master pet tamer area, launch yourself off the side of Dalaran and deploy your glider. Aim toward the quest marker (avoid the mountain) and the glider takes you right to it with a few second and feet of airspace to spare. Gather items, port back to Dalaran. Simple.

After You complete this quest, Deucus Valdera gives The Search for Knowledge (You might not get it if You took A Mysterious Text while doing this quest, so I'd sugegst to not take it, and just come back).

All items located in Azsuna, not far away from Illidari Stand.

Crate of Khadgar's Whiskers can be found at 43.9 47.3 point.
Barrel of Fish Oil can be found at 44.9 52.2 point.
Basket of Dried Herbs can be found at 44.9 53.5 point in the broken ship.

There are many alchemy profession quests in Legion, 32 total, check out under the spolier, if missed something. You also need to be at least 800 in Alchemy to learn the final quest reward — Recipe: Spirit Cauldron, all others can be crafted with any skill progress.

This is how we've been building trust with everything in WoW since the very beginning :( Sometimes I wish NPC's would run errands for us in order to raise reputation with us, not the other way around.
