Athissa is inside a building, entrance at 55.49 47.48. You need to go up some stairs and kill some mobs on the way.

To find Athissa, continue down the road you're on, to a building around with a stage and stairs around both sides of it. Go up either stairway, and inside a second building at the top is Athissa at 55.8,48.6. She's got 1.8 million health, hits reasonably hard, and has a couple abilities to avoid (bubbles and tidal waves). Then return to to turn in the quest and continue on his quest chain.

Athissa located at 55.6 48.2 point, inside a temple. Go to 54.4 44.8 point, there you'll see a stairs up, follow the path up, there'll be an entrance to Athissa

Has anybody else encountered a bug with this after she freezes you and you get released, where you either end up with a flashing effect on your character's chest or walking around as a block of ice? I keep having this and only a relog seems to fix it xD
