the Bloodsail Orders are in a little row boat located 41.95,83.11, the Bloodsail Charts are on a stack of crates, by the tent to the right of Cowardly Crosby

Apparently they now rotate between those 2 spots and the first camp. I got the Charts where you said (and where I had gotten them before). But couldn't find the orders until I did a LFG and came back and they were now where I had gotten the charts.

Actually, they can spawn in a couple places. I found my Orders on different crates in a different camp. Don't get stuck looking in one place.

bloodsail orders are at 45,79 same place as the blue dot is marked on this map

Currently, if you had grinded up your bloodsail rep into friendly or above pre 4.0, and now wish to do the 4.0+ quests, you will NOT be able to kill any bloodsail even if you click "at war" in the rep tab.
This makes the Cape of Stranglethorn Quest achievement a mite difficult to complete :(

Just contacted a GM and been told the usual "we are aware and will be corrected as soon as possible"

Edit: Guildy in the same situation just told me to use AoE abilities currently until its fixed.... /sigh

Found the charts in the boat and searched all over the place for the orders. Got on here and read the comment about both being in the boat for one person - wouldn't you know, that's where mine were too.

I found the Charts in the boat, and the Orders on the crates. The thing is, i can't take the orders! I see them (exactly like on the screenshot) but I can't use them!
Someone else having this prob and know how to fix it?

- update: went back the day after and then the orders were in the boat, as you all said, and I could claim it =)

They can both be found either in the tents. on the crates on both little camps, or in the small boat in the water.

Orders found in the small boat next to the camp at 40, 82. The chart however, was found on crates next to another camp, located near 45, 79. Apparently, the items do in fact randomly rotate spawn location. Hope this helps. ^_^

For hunters torn between choosing the gun or the cool-looking Sea Baron's Breastplate, you can get a chest (exact same color and design) from the Zen'Kiki and the Cultists quest in Western Plaguelands.

This gun is the only blue one of this design.

Impossible to complete on Pirates' Day. The Bloodsail NPCs needed to kill are not available.

Quest has a chance of bugging once you've killed the required mobs. My POI on the map disappeared, but I hadn't looted both the items yet. Doesn't prevent completion, but if you're not paying attention and seem to be lost on Cape of Stranglethorn, this may be the reason.

Kill 8 Bloodsail Sea Dogs and 8 Bloodsail Elder Magi, and bring back the Bloodsail Charts and the Bloodsail Orders.

Description

I want to know details, <name>. Our supremacy over the Bloodsail is due largely in part to our stronghold here in Booty Bay, but intelligence also plays a critical role.

The Bloodsail maintain a few meager camps to the south which they call their "Southern Command." Well, you're going to raid their excuse for a southern command, find their plans, and slaughter their men. Return with whatever information you can find.
