Turgid the Vile can be found within the large ruined hold in the Carrion Fields, northeast of Venomspite below Naxxramas.

The reanimated frost wyrms can be found around Wyrmrest Temple, to the north, fairly easy to locate.

Overseer Deathgaze is tricky to locate. Jintha'kalar is a troll area invaded by Scourge, just under the stairs to Zul'Drak, north of the Carrion Fields. The Overseer himself is in an area of the village furthest north, on the west side of the huge staircase, standing on a small raised Scourge-ish platform. You can throw the seed from the side of it, avoiding the mobs, then silence/interrupt him (or death grip if you're a DK) to make him come over.

Interesting Side Note Here. if you kill Turgid the Vile before you move on to the overseer, run outside, summon a griffon if you have the quest Flight of the Wintergarde Defender. Immediately fly north using the flight speed ability, you'll get 2/3 of the way there before the griffon drops you for leaving Wintergarde/Carrion Fields. much faster than riding :)

For the Frost Wyrm:
As a hunter, it was easy to track undead, then mount and run towards it in the opposite direction it is flying, as it is hard to get it in range. Hit it with an instant shot, then throw the seeds at it and viola!

If you pick up the quest Flight of the Winterguard Defender you can use the gryphon to fly directly to the ruins that Turgid the Vile is located in without having to fight thru the town to get to him. Easy in, easy out. :)

Belive me on this one guys i tried to use these seeds on other elites and it does not work so do not try them on wantedquests or wenever you want to kill some elite it does not work!

Perental Advisory Warning: This comment is not suitable for any one under the age of , people with heart conditions, Retard syndrome, or optimists.

Now, fool. Blizzard makes many and I do mean MANY references to things. While there is a possibility that what you say is correct it is so outlandish that it's totally unbelievable. There are other things that they could be referencing, I could waste time Wiki'n and Google'n trying to find them all but I would only be downgraded because not one person would care.

One possible fact is that they are merely using the power of nature (which is exactly what this quest line is about) nature can create and destroy. Nature brings life to all living things, but when angered it can destroy everything in an instant.
Thus it has nothing to do with vaguely similar songs by some metal band. Which I am sure might or might not be a good band. Thats besides the point. What if (seeing how I don't know the band or the song) that song was created from the idea of the power of nature? Then both would be a reference to the same thing, would it not?

What rubbish! The seeds from the lasher weren't black for one thing. Secondly they aren't being used for vengeance they are being use to protect the land and it's people (or dragonkin). Lashed to the slave stick? Where are the slaves in this? The undead fools? No no... I am getting way out of hand here. Lashed To The Slave Stick only has a similarity in the word Lasher it's self. As He Creates So He Destroys? There is no "he" per say. And again it is only a minor similarity in the wording.

All this was just hopes. Now unless blizzard tells us for sure whether or not they did or didn't reference the band he mentioned we can all think what we want. I for one believe he is grasping at roots/straws as he falls down the hole of Failure.

It might a also be helpful tip that the Deathgaze, is on the left side of the stairs. Use the small space at the lfet side of the stairs, to locate the area. Then you can see the Deathgaze target in the near distance. Kill the surrounding mobs, then you can run up the small staris and kill him using the seeds. Hope this helps?

Now, if you're like me and can't afford to fly in Northrend due to its 1000g exclusivitey, do what i did to help with this and most other Dragonblight quests at the time.
With the quest On Ruby Wings, you obtain the ability to summon a Wyrmrest Vanquisher that can take you through all the sub-zones its able to. This helps greatly when trying to do the Reanimated Frost Wyrm part of this.
Instead of running under it, fly straight into one until you aggro it. Click Dismount (dont worry you get a parachute buff and will be safe). When you hit the ground, use the seed and proceed to kill it. Done and dusted.

P.S. This also reduces the risk of getting a gigantic bone monster taking a dump on you.

As of Patch 3.3, this quest like many others is bugged. Using the seeds on the specified targets will be received with an "Invalid Target" error.

Tugrid the Vile is in a destroyed castle rampart north of the Carrion Ramparts. He is in a chamber directly in front of you when you enter the barrack from it's entrance.

Deathgaze the Overseer is to the left of the colossal staircase in Jintha'Kalar. Before going to kill Deathgaze their is an Argent Crusade camp directly southwest called Light's Trust. An NPC gives you the quest; "The Cleansing of Jintha'kalar" which will be helpful since you are already in the area where there are Jintha'kalar scourge. So while on your way up to the Overseer you can complete the quest requirements of killing 15 scourge in the area without backtracking to complete the quests.

Dont do what I did and confuse "reanimated" for "reconstructed"

Reconstructed fly around under Naxx and wont work..

Reanimated fly around north of Wyrmrest temple and work just fine

Deathgaze the Overseer is probably the hardest to find. He is in fact on the left side of the staircase leading to Zul'Drak, easiest way (imo) is to get to foot of staircase and keeping it to your immediate right move north and just a tad to the east and look for Deathgaze standing on the platform. Pass by him and you will have a clear shot to throw your seed to weaken him. He will come down off the stand to fight you and is actually pretty easy. No mobs to worry about aggro'ing if you stay off to the side. Taada, quest finished

I had a really hard time finding Turgid the Vile. To get to him, you have to enter a decrepit stone building (or barracks). The entrance has a big cow skull-looking thing with blue flames coming out of it mounted on top of it, and a halfway down gate. There are stairs leading up to it. It is on the left side of the Naxxramas (which is in the sky) if you are coming from the south. Once you enter, turn right, go up the 5 stairs, left, and then straight ahead you'll see him, he's an abomination. It's a piece of cake finding him once you find the building. Good luck!

P.S. The building is in The Carrion Fields. There are quite a few Mindless Wights milling about as well, levels 71 and 72...

People don't do the maps because you can just type the NPC's name in the search box to get a map of where it is. They do the location because Tom Tom and other Navigation Add-Ons are widely used and it takes a bit to get the location from the pins on the maps on here. At last this is the short answer to your question.

Tom Tom is probably one of the most widely used Navigation Add-Ons.
Cartographer is another popular one for this usage.

overseer deathgaze-whatever u read here is ok. but when you get to the far end approx. 89x19, you think you have to climb up to all the massive towers looming in front of you. however overseer deathgazer is on a pimple of a tower just left of the massive stairway upwards, and at ground level. no mobs involved. go straight at him and take him out - solo all classes, don't forget to use the seed first.

I did this with Dogmeati, Level 81, Warrior-Protection, soloed! I threw the seed at them all, first, and their health really fell off! Then the fight was on and over very quickly! Level up!

The easiest way to get a Reanimated Frost Wyrm is to fly and hover until you get one's attention and he engages you. As a druid, I chose a strategic spot and hovered in the flight path until one saw me, then descended. Once on the ground, I was able to throw the seed even though I was in flight form. I then shape-shifted back to "normal" and engaged him. I took very minimal damage from his hits before my attacks.

If you're going to do this with high level hunter, put your pet to passive, mine killed "Weakened Turgid the Vile" before the seed weakened him and I had to wait for a respawned (about 3 minutes)

Crazy obscure problem, but if you try to kill his weakened form while wearing wart-be-gone lip gloss, you will not get quest credit.

As of 10.1.13 This quest is apparently still bugged. I was able to kill one Wyrm elite, but cannot find the other two, even using the advice about Galkon's Rest and all the other posts here. The yellow arrow carries me way past the field where they're supposed to be flying, but they're not appearing. Bug notice sent. Logging in/out does not work for me.

I'm literally an idiot, and went all the way to the waaaaaay back of Zul'Drak, trying to follow the coords. I should have just came to Wowhead first and saved myself a lot of flying time. He's right by the first set of stairs going into the zone. Also, I don't know if this was a bug or if I killed him too quickly, but after killing one of the caged trolls first, then using the seed on Deathgaze, none of the other caged trolls were released during the fight.

There is a short delay 2-3 seconds after hitting Turgid with the "Seed of Natures Wrath" before he changes into the weakened Turgid and if you dont wait for the transformation and just kill after seeding him you wont get credit - wait for the change before killing him!

If you are trying to use the seed in the Reanimated Frost Wyrm and a message of invalid target appear it's because you are in the wrong place (you are probably trying next to naxxramas). Go to /way 58 38 and look around for one frost wyrm there, it will work fine!

When you try the quest That Which Creates Can Also Destroy this NPC is bugged in patch 9.0.2. You find Weakened Overseer Deathgaze dead on his platform and won't respawn! I made a ticket for it and will let you know when this problem is solved.

Lord Itharius at the top of Wyrmrest Temple has asked you to destroy a Weakened Reanimated Frost Wyrm, Weakened Turgid the Vile, and Weakened Overseer Deathgaze.

Description

Since we only have three seeds, we must put them to the best possible use.

Your targets are one of the reanimated frost wyrms circling to the north near Galakrond's Rest, Turgid the Vile in the ruined barracks at the Carrion Fields to the east, and Overseer Deathgaze at Jintha'kalar far to the northeast.

While the seeds would outright destroy one of the lesser Scourge, they will greatly weaken these three. Enough so, in fact, that you should be able to handle them on your own.
