Both can be found at 25,25. the Muckdwellers are everywhere, assassins can be found everywhere as well but their are stealthed.

Very hard quest for warriors, the Muckdwellers deal major damage with their paralysis and run away right as you get paralyzed, aggroing more guys. The assassins are easy to kill, but often times you become paralyzed by the muckdweller debuff during a fight with an assassin. Tedious, but do-able. Pull with a ranged weapon and you'll be okay, so as to ensure they dont flee into stealthers.

Another good quest to do with this one is http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9816. Be careful to clear the area first. The released Murlocs will fear and aggro the whole camp and when they done they all aggro on you!

As a Sub Rogue (or any Rogue for that matter) the poison that the Muckdweller's apply can be really annoying. What I did was to CS > Kidney Shot > run away and then ShS > Eviscerate so that I stayed out of melee whenever they were not stunned. This made it so they couldn't apply the poison.

Slay 3 Daggerfen Assassins and 15 Daggerfen Muckdwellers and return to Shadow Hunter Denjai at Zabra'jin.

Description

Of all the Lost One tribes in Zangarmarsh, the Daggerfen are the most cunning and most aggressive. They are highly organized and make no secret of the fact that they desire control over the other Lost Ones in the marsh.

Their attacks have already taken quite a toll on my scouts and messengers. I cannot afford to lose any more men.

If we don't act soon, they'll have complete control over the roads and Zabra'jin will effectively be surrounded.
