It's saying i need to go to cocyrus i did, but nothing is there i went to the platform is it bugged or something? Im not seeing it

A transparent object will appear at the quest objective waypoint.. randomly (I sat here maybe 5-10 minutes total)

I was unable to click on it the first time it showed up for whatever reason the second time I had a glowy hand interaction icon, and after a short channel on it, I got a cutscene and the first quest objective was completed.

I could not interact with it at first, so I hearthed to Oribos, turned off War Mode, jumped back in, then it was interactable

I had to relog to get this to work. When I initially accepted the quest, there was one of the new quest waypoint markers (the yellow octahedron) in Cocyrus near the Waystone to Oribos, but when I went to where it had indicated, there was nothing there. After relogging, the marker was actually on the other side of Zovaal's Cauldron, which is where it should have been the whole time.

I placed the beacon. I collected Bloodhoof's hammer (though it never showed in my bag). What I cant do is kill the tower Inquisitor. He's a no-show. Now, I can't blame him. I'm sure my killing prowess would intimidate anyone :P. But really, I cant finish the quest without the Inquisitor dead. Anyone else having this problem? How did you coax the chick livered scaredy-cat out for a fight? HELP!

If you're having the issue of the quest npc not spawning to kill it, be sure your inventory is not full. If it's full, the quest will register that you picked up the mace, but since you actually didn't the NPC won't spawn. If this happened, abandon > reaccept > empty your bags.

Ve'nari says: Rule 3: Trust is earned, and information has a price. You recall the cypher I gave you? That's right--you are now in my debt.

<As the player activates the Signaling Beacon, Baine Bloodhoof can be heard nearby.>

Baine Bloodhoof says: For the Earth Mother!
A short action scene appears, showing Baine getting chained and captured by a Tower Inquisitor who then tells him: "You will never escape the Maw!"

Tower Inquisitor says: Your soul shall soon be bound to the Jailer.
Tower Inquisitor says: He... will claim... your soul...

<The player returns to Ve'nari and tells her about the capture of Baine.>

Ve'nari says: Tread carefully when the Eye of the Jailer falls upon you, mortal. It would be frightfully inconvenient to lose a trading partner with such potential!

You're probably tired of walking by now. Kill the next mounted Mawsworn Outrider you see and take his fast mount. There's one whose patrol route ends near the mouth of Ve'nari's hideout. Just head to the right as you leave her cave and down the hill a bit and one will come to you.

In the future, come here when a faction assault is underway and you'll find a group of faction NPCs holding a mount that will rapidly convey you to the assault. Just look for their flags next to the road.

Description

Before you leave this cursed realm, there is one final task you must complete for me. The Mawsworn regularly transfer souls to various blocks of Torghast from many different areas in the Maw. I happen to know of one such area. Place this beacon there so I may be informed when the next transfer happens. And if you are seen by the enemy... well, you are known for your prowess in combat, yes?
