It is one of the Intro quests in Night Fay covenant questline.

Go to the Transport Portal in the middle of the Oribos
/way 51.72 58.17 Transport Portal
Teleport to the Ring of Transference and go to the windrider Mover Ta'kirig
/way 60.46 68.32 Mover Ta'kirig
Fly to the Ardenweald Refugee Camp or some other windrider if you don't have it.
Turn in location is Lady Moonbery in the Heart of the Forest
She is in front of the Refugee Camp windrider.

I joined the Night Fae Convenant on Ardenweald. I get to the Heart of the Forest and everything seems to work fine except for the Flight Master. I can fly into HotF from anywhere, but I cannot fly out of it. The Flight Master just keeps telling me I don't know any locations connected to this one. Anyone else running into this and how do you fix it (or can you?)? Also, if there's another thread on this topic please redirect me to it. Thanks.
