You electric weapon gets charge from small electric ball lightnings that sometimes spawn over the corpse of Faithless you kill with the Vorrik's Bulwark
You just need to walk over them to charge the Bulwark.

If you started working through the questline to this point and did not finish this quest you will not be able to walk into the Temple of Sethraliss dungeon. There is no instance portal or summoning stone in the phase, despite you being able to be summoned by others. Not a problem when you're doing random dungeons through the Group Finder feature, but you'll be unable to complete Mythics (unless summoned inside?) without completing this questline (ending with The Fall of Emperor Korthek).

a REALLY badly designed quest and not at all obvious. You get a bar that gets used up fairly quickly (it starts out fully charged) and then drains fairly quickly as it kills mobs. The mobs in this area (as you run around trying to collect the artifacts) respawn extremely quickly, draining the bar to kill them. The bar charges very slowly so you will easily get overwhelmed and killed as the mobs respawn.

The tooltip for the bar says if you run over lightning orbs it will recharge the bar. I've never seen one of these orbs.

edit: I've seen the "orbs", they're like little lightning balls and not easy to see at all. They're sometimes left behind by mobs you kill.

After leveling thru the zone and specifically on this quest over 5+ characters, a thing I noticed that might help you out while doing Infuriating the Emperor and Relics of Sethraliss is that you can keep the bar filling up while WALKING OVER THE MOBS'S SPOT. The orbs they can drop that charge the bar up will drop at their feet most of the time, so if you're walking right over where they stand you'll automatically fill the bar back up :D

Died the first time as I didn't read how the quest worked. Second time, this is the most fun quest I've had leveling horde in BFA so far!

This is one of those rare quests where being able to fly doesn't really help much (unless you're a druid with instant-cast flight form), simply because the mobs WILL have already respawned before you can finish the 1.5 second mount cast. The only benefit for non-druids that flying offers is that you can fly as a ghost and hopefully respawn on some pillar or ledge which will prevent you from being stuck in combat with the insanely fast respawns.

I can see how this quest COULD be fun if it weren't for the whole "you need to run over the orbs you can barely see that not all mobs drop" mechanic and it just had a decent recharge rate on its own. Instead it's just a giant headache, ESPECIALLY if you die.

(Also, YES, Bwonsamdi, I DID forget to put on my soulstone, but NO respawning in a pack of mobs would NOT have helped, anyway!)

Description

Korthek's brood is driven only by greed and an insatiable lust for power. They rip whatever magic they can from the relics, even if it means destroying them in the process. Rescue the ancient artifacts of Sethraliss in the Sacred Sands nearby. We will honor and preserve them in the Sanctuary of the Devoted.
